On November 19, we released a 50-state assessment of the legislative landscape of Exclusionary School Discipline (ESD) and school-based restorative justice (RJ).
Taken together, these fact sheets examine how states are limiting the removal of students from classrooms and which states are promoting restorative justice, which can improve school climate and reduce discipline disparities.
