Tiffany Okeani is a UC Berkeley alumna and JD/MPH student at Georgetown University Law Center and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health committed to providing a voice for those in the margins and co-creating safe spaces with and for Black girls and women. While in her dual degree program, she has contributed to research on a variety of complex medical-legal matters and created a resource guide for providers to support low-income Baltimore patients experiencing substance misuse or mental health issues in the perinatal period. She is involved with the Women of Color Collective, Black Law Students Association, and Health Law Society on her law school campus. She is also a Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics staff editor and a Richmond Oral Health Scholar for the Center for Community Health Innovation at the O’Neill Institute.
