The Center is proud to release an update to our 2020 National Review of school-based restorative justice and state legislation. In our 2023 Trend Analysis and Review, we highlight six updated findings from our 2020 legislative trend analysis and provide policy recommendations for legislators in efforts to expand restorative justice practices across the 50 states and Washington, D.C.
