The Bill of Rights
We, the Youth Advisory Committee of the Schools for Girls of Color Learning Network, recognize that the United States education system is lacking necessary mental health support and care for girls and gender-expansive youth of color in schools. As girls and gender-expansive youth of color, we demand respect for our rights so that we can focus and learn and be treated with dignity and respect as students and as human beings.
